Buying
Once you have made your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email. Don't forget to check your junk or spam folder! You will be sent a further email with the tracking number if this is applicable to your purchase. Your purchase is processed securely through Stripe or PayPal. If you would prefer to not buy through this website we are happy to facilitate sending an invoice directly to you to pay through bank transfer, or make a payment via phone call.
Shipping
Orders are dispatched within the week, but I aim to send out your purchase as soon as possible. My main aim is to have your artwork delivered to you safely in the condition that I have left it. Deliveries are tracked and signed for. If you’re buying within the UK your courier will be either Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DHL. If you are buying an original painting within the Edinburgh region please contact me for free delivery. Worldwide shipping is available, for more information on overseas shipping, please feel free to contact me.
Returns
In the event that your packaged artwork is damaged on arrival, please contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. Your artwork, dependant on what it is will either be replaced or refunded in its entirety.
All artworks are subject to expert handling and are quality checked during the package process. Please ensure that when you are unwrapping your package, you are mindful that inside is an expensive piece of art and should be opened with care.

Limited edition prints are wrapped in a tube. Please open the tube as carefully as you can.

Original paintings are packed as tightly as possibly to protect the edges of the painting or the framing. Please bare in mind that the painting is beneath these layers and you should exercise caution.
